The ATPL Instruments and Navigation Aids (Aeroplane) ground course is designed to cover the new syllabus requirements of AC61-7 Appendix III (subject 44), and far more, comprising the modules below.
- Air Data Instruments;
- Integrated Flight Instrument Systems;
- Warning Systems;
- Recorder Systems;
- Navigation Aids;
You will be provided with a course workbook, a course textbook and with teaching sessions on each of the course components, including audio-visual presentations, videos, exercises and review questions. The programme also includes a practice examination based on the ASL exams, which is designed to give you a gauge of your knowledge as at the end of the course and to act as a learning focus tool.
Please note that it is your responsibility to organise your own sitting of the ASL exam. We recommend you schedule the exam for at least a week after the end of the course, to give you time to absorb and review the material and to do some practice of the practical aspects of the course.

Cost: $622.00 in 2017. 2018 fee to be advised. The ASL exam fee is additional.
